We proudly serve all of North Florida — from Jacksonville across the panhandle to Pensacola. Delivery fees vary based on distance from our location, and we'll provide a transparent quote with your rental proposal.

We handle delivery, professional setup, and breakdown for most rental items including the pole tent, champagne wall, wooden arches, cold spark machines, and charcuterie cart. Tables and chairs are delivered and stacked neatly; setup and breakdown for those can be arranged for an additional fee. Linens arrive professionally pressed and ready to use.

As soon as you have your date and venue confirmed. Popular dates — especially spring and fall weekends — book up quickly. We recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability of all the pieces you want.

Our 20′×30′ pole tent requires a setup area of at least 30′×40′ to accommodate stakes, guylines, and safe installation. We'll do a site assessment before your event to ensure the space works and everything is positioned beautifully.

Absolutely. Every linen — solid and French Toile tablecloths and napkins alike — is professionally cleaned and pressed before each rental. Quality and presentation are at the heart of everything we do.

Yes, and most clients do! Many of our couples bundle the pole tent with linens, tables, chairs, the champagne wall, and an arch for a complete, cohesive look. Bundling often saves on delivery and coordination. Contact us and we'll build a custom package for your event.

We understand plans can change. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your rental agreement. Deposits may be partially or fully transferable to a new date depending on how far in advance you notify us. Reach out as early as possible so we can work with you.
